Regulatory Disclosures

Anyone giving advice around tax and all the fun that entails needs to be a registered tax agent. The ins and outs of registration and what to do/what not to do are covered under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA) and the requirements set by the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

The following information is provided to meet the disclosure obligations under Section 45 of the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024.

Registration

I’m a registered tax agent and I can prove it! My registered agent number is 26015480 and you can confirm this by going to the TPB’s website and searching for me: Click here to search the register. Or don’t. It’s up to you.

Disclosures of Significant Matters

This is where I would put any circumstances where I’ve done something that’s out of line with the requirements set out by the TASA and TPB. Well, there aren’t any. Sorry to disappoint you.

I haven’t had any suspensions, restrictions or disciplinary actions recorded against me with the TPB.

There are no matters that may reasonably influence your decision to engage or continue to engage my services.
